"5 stars honestly aren't enough! We've been living in our home with no walls or ceilings, and since the outside temps have been climbing into the 90s so have the temps inside our home. As a single mother with a teenager and pets to care for this just wasn't acceptable. Thankfully, my son's grandfather had used Polar Insulation and recommended them. Everyone I have spoken with from the office, sales, and management have been incredibly accommodating and understanding. They prioritized our job due to our living conditions and from estimate to completion only a week went by. The installation crew (Reece, Truman, Donald, and Avery) was wonderful! They were professional, kind, respectful, efficient, and cleaned up around themselves as they went. They were also extremely patient and answered any questions I had. My 3 dogs loved them, too! I will definitely be using Polar Insulation again when it's time for my next project and highly recommend anyone needing insulation services in this area to do the same!"
